Franchise Procedure
There are no exceptions to this procedure !
Listed below you will find a step-by-step procedure to follow:
Submit completed and signed
“Franchise Application Form” and Confidentiality Agreement to :

- You will be contacted by MPC to organise an interview to further assess your suitability to operate the Franchise. If your application is approved.
- You are requested to sign and return the receipt of understanding. If you wish to proceed, an Application Fee of $3,300.00 applies.
- You will receive our Disclosure Document and our standard Franchise Agreement.
As soon as this payment is received, we will send you a personalised Franchise Agreement and associated documentation
At this stage, if you do not wish to proceed, we will refund you the Application Fee less $2,750.00 for documentation fees.
You are entitled to a waiting period of 14 days before signing the Franchise Agreement.
If you go ahead with the franchise, the Application Fee will go towards the legal costs of establishing your Franchise.
You will be entitled to a 7 days cooling off period after signing the Franchise Agreement during which you may terminate the agreement.
If you terminate the Franchise Agreement within the cooling off period, the Franchise Fee paid and the Application Fee less $2,750.00 will be refunded.
