Mpc are releasing the rights to suburbs all over Australia. As our head office is based in WA, we are releasing the surburbs in Western Australia first. Suburb licences are granted for a period of 10 years.

Owning the rights to a suburb gives you 10% of the initial franchise fee of any outlet opened in your suburb and 1% of the gross turnover of the outlets.

Suburbs vary in size and population and location so the price of the licence also varies.

Once you purchase your Mpc licence it is just a case of sitting and waiting for a franchisee to open a store.

To give an example of the fees involved. A shopping centre such as Morley Galleria. The franchise fee would be $49,950. 

If you owned the Morley suburb licence you would recieve $4950 as your 10%  and 1% of the turnover of the outlet which is paid monthly.

The cost of Morley Suburb is $5000 + GST . So the return would be pretty good in this case.

Work the maths out yourself !  The majority of suburb licences are priced between $3,000 and $10,000.

It is not huge amounts of money to be involved in the Mpc organisation.

We give you a  shareholder certificate which is yours for ten years which can be transferrable or resold.

As a shareholder certificate holder you also recieve 20% discount off food at any Mini Pancake Outlet.

We are selling all the suburbs so if you have one in particular you would like own let us know and we will let you know the cost.

Note once we have sold the suburb licence it is your and no one else can buy it ! We will not split suburbs. The suburb is yours for 10 years.

This is a kind of a mini master franchisor without all the obligations.
